Pinky Antoinette A. Mallari
Junior Associate
Pinky is a Junior Associate at Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law). She is an Economist-Lawyer who practices taxation, litigation, and general corporate law.
Before beginning her career at BDB Law, Pinky participated in the Office of the Solicitor General Legal Internship Program in 2022, an intensive and comprehensive program designed for outstanding law students.
Pinky regularly represents clients in tax litigation before the Court of Tax Appeals and regular courts. She specializes in tax consulting and advisory, particularly in providing tax opinions. Additionally, she handles requests for rulings, applications for tax treaty relief, tax assessments, and claims for refunds with administrative bodies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Local Government Units.
Pinky graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman Extension Program in Pampanga with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics in 2019. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Angeles University Foundation School of Law in 2023, where she was a consistent academic awardee. She was admitted to the bar and joined BDB Law in the same year.
In her free time, Pinky prioritizes her physical and mental health through activities such as exercising, cycling, playing golf, reading books, and spending time with family and friends.
