Grace is an accountant-lawyer who is currently a Junior Associate of Du-Baladad & Associates (BDB Law).
She joined the firm as a Junior Accountant handling tax compliance review to assess the overall level of tax compliance as well as customs compliance of companies with existing BIR and customs laws & regulations. She also conducts due diligence reviews and assists Companies in preparing their tax returns.
Her competence now as a Junior Associate includes taxation, litigation, and corporate law. Grace handles tax disputes for domestic and international clients, including assessments and refunds. She routinely represents clients in the Court of Tax Appeals and other courts.
In her free time, she values spending quality moments with family and friends, as well as engaging in swimming and traveling. She also has a keen appreciation for music, sports, dance, and fashion
