Marie Joyce T. Granda
Junior Associate
Joyce is a Junior Associate of Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law). She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Lawyer and practices in taxation, litigation, and general corporate law.
Prior to joining BDB Law, Joyce worked as a Tax Associate in Deloitte/Navarro Amper & Co.
Joyce handles tax assessments and claims for refund in the administrative bodies such as BIR and Local Government Units. She likewise handles tax opinions, requests for rulings, applications for tax treaty relief, and corporate services.
Joyce graduated from Miriam College with a degree in Accountancy. She was an active member of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) in college, being the President of its Miriam College Chapter.
She then received her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University, Mendiola. She was admitted to the bar in 2023 and joined the firm the following year.
Joyce is a dedicated food enthusiast with a passion for exploring diverse culinary experiences, from Michelin star dining to street food, and has a keen interest in expanding her horizons through travels.
