Bianca Joy S. Sebollena
Junior Associate
Bianca is a Junior Associate at Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law). She is an accountant-lawyer who specializes in taxation, litigation, and general corporate law.
Before joining BDB Law, Bianca worked as a Tax Consultant at Isla Lipana & Co. (PwC Philippines). During her tenure at PwC, she focused on tax compliance, due diligence, audit support, and tax consulting services within the Tax Compliance division.
At BDB Law, Bianca regularly represents clients in tax litigation before the Court of Tax Appeals and regular courts. She specializes in tax assessments, tax advisory, and tax compliance reviews. Additionally, she manages requests for rulings, applications for tax treaty relief, and claims for refunds with administrative bodies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Local Government Units.
Bianca graduated from De La Salle University with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy in 2015. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University and was admitted to the bar in 2023, joining BDB Law the same year.
In her leisure time, Bianca enjoys reading books, traveling, and spending her time with family and friends.
