The ICD inducted its 2025 officers, with Executive Director 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶 hosting the event. Newly elected Chairwoman 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗮 "𝗗𝗶𝗰𝗸" 𝗗𝘂-𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗱, Founding Partner and CEO of 𝗕𝗗𝗕 𝗟𝗮𝘄, shared her vision for ICD’s future, focusing on digital innovations to enhance member engagement and new learning platforms, including cross-border collaborations. ICD also aims to support a wider community, promoting governance excellence in sectors like health, education, and MSMEs. Atty. Dick also unveiled a five-year initiative to champion corporate governance to help deepen the capital market. She called on members to unite in advancing ICD’s mission of stewardship and inclusivity.
