In her farewell speech, she emphasized that "no true prosperity can be achieved unless all that we do, where we are, and with all the resources we can wield, will deliberately and consciously bring in and include those who have less so that they too can have a better quality of life."
As her tenure as the 75th president of the Management Association of the Philippines came to a close yesterday, she took time to reflect on her full year as the leader of this prestigious organization and summarized her accomplishments as follows: MAP focused on addressing social development concerns such as malnutrition and child stunting, health, and education, among others, and the need to address income inequality through corporate commitments to shared prosperity.
Government officials, business leaders, the diplomatic community, civil society, the media, and the MAP community attended the ceremony. The Inducting Officer was Mr. Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala of the Ayala Group.
