Today's BDB Law - MAP Breakfast Dialogue focused on the Philippine Energy Sector. A productive discussion with distinguished guests, Hon. Monalisa Dimalanta, Chairperson of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and Hon. Raphael Lotilla, Secretary of the Department of Energy. Hon. Dimalanta that discussed the commission's multi-level action plan ensued. The plan is meant to improve the accountability, affordability, and the regulatory framework to improve and streamline processes. Meanwhile, Secretary Lotilla stressed the importance of sufficient and sustainable energy and called for the private sector's active participation in energy efficiency.
