The Third Edition of BDB Law's Annotated Philippine National Internal Revenue Code as last amended by TRAIN and CREATE is now published.
In 2019, BDB Law embarked to publish the Updated and Annotated Tax Code, with the goal to release another edition should the remaining packages of the tax reform be passed into law. Now that the first two (2) packages (TRAIN AND CREATE) of a four (4)-package comprehensive tax reform of the Philippine Government have been legislated, we have once again embarked on this mission.
This book is published in line with BDB Law’s advocacy to support tax compliance through taxpayer’s information and education.
