The site is in a watershed in Naguilian, La Union which is under the care of HEED Foundation. BDB Law Foundation was assigned a hectare to plant with trees and to maintain. A total of 625 yakal trees, an indigenous hard wood tree, were planted. You have to trek 1.5 hours going up the mountain and another 1.5hr to go down, under the sun and rain.
