On Friday, November 15, 2024, the 𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 reached a notable milestone with the signing of a 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐌𝐎𝐀) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 for the construction of its another School Building and Clinic at 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 in San Francisco, Quezon Province.

The event was joined by 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐮-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐝, 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, alongside key stakeholders including 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐃. 𝐍𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐚, 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 of Pagsangahan Elementary School; 𝐌𝐬. 𝐑𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐁. 𝐒𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫; 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐌𝐲𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨, 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜.; and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐏. 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 of Pagsangahan. Members of the Barangay Council were also present to witness this meaningful occasion.

The foundation delegates were greeted with warmth by teachers, parents, and students, who expressed their gratitude through performances that showcased the community’s enthusiasm and appreciation for the project.

Several heartfelt speeches underscored the significance of this historic event for Pagsangahan Elementary School. This marks the first-ever classroom building donation from a company or foundation in the school's history. This achievement is particularly significant given the school's remote location—a challenge even the Department of Education has struggled to overcome in addressing infrastructure needs.

BDB Law Foundation's initiative aimed at enhancing educational and healthcare infrastructure in remote regions is the core of its existence. The new Classroom Building will be outfitted with chairs, ceiling fans, a blackboard, a teacher’s desk, toilets, and washrooms. Meanwhile, the Clinic will include essential medical equipment, supplies, and a hospital bed. This initiative reflects the foundation's dedication to improving educational infrastructure and ensuring access to healthcare in underserved communities nationwide.
